I urge you to write your own rules. I have done so for my group because I didn't find any that quite modeled things the way that I felt that they should be.
That doesn't mean that the other rules are bad -- it simply means that I wanted to see things handled a bit differently.
You probably want things handled differently than I do -- nothing wrong with that -- so give writing your own a try.
